MDM was started by David and Kim Thieman in October 2001.  They started this company for their family to have something after David retired from Ford Motor Company.  The company turned into so much more than they ever anticipated it would turn into.  David and Kim imagined a little company that would offset some expenses after David retired and provide him something to do after retirement.  With the help of family, friends and our community but mostly the grace of the Good Lord they have turned this into a family business which hopefully will continue to employ good people and service the community for years to come.
